Slidio Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Slidio is a content marketing automation platform that provides keyword research, AI blog post generation, slideshow creation, and website publishing tools.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person or entity per account.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Plans: Starter ($7/month), Pro ($35/month)
  • All plans include a 3-day free trial
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • You may cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

4. Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create, including blog posts, slideshows, and keywords. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
  • Our Service: The Slidio platform, design, code, and branding remain our property.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Blog posts and slideshows are generated by AI based on your input
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing
  • We do not guarantee that AI content is unique, factually accurate, or free from errors
  • You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with applicable laws

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Generate harmful, defamatory, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automation or abuse
  • Resell access to the service

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slidio's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from published content.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
